ADHD Advice?
Hi!
So, I’ve been working on my mental health recovery for a while now. I’ve spent the last year mostly depression-free and able to manage anxiety. However, with a lot of life changes and starting to work from home I’ve found that my Inattentive-type ADHD is more of a problem than I thought.
I began to wonder if this is the missing piece as anxiety and depression are creeping up again. ADHD is the only mental health issue that I’ve never dealt with.
I live in such a small town right now that my best option is to figure out a treatment plan on my own. I’m also 4 months pregnant and trying to steer clear of medication at the moment.
So, I was wondering if anyone here has any advice that has been helpful to them?
I’d also love any good book recommendations!
