What to do for back pain?!

I cant take this back pain anymore! Its literally constant! I have a little over 5 weeks till my c section and i just dont know how im going to make it!

Yes, Chiropractor really helps a lot. I was so sceptical, but right after the first visit back pain went away. It works!

heating pad is saving my life right now. Walmart sells this fuzzy soft one with ties, so u can tie it on for the weird places that hurt bad. it's wonderful

I left work an hour early (I'm salary so they don't even need to know hahahah) because I couldn't stand it anymore. 
This is the difference in less than a week and I feel like I'm going to break. 
I got to work at 8am, sat through a quarterly meeting at 8:30, our normal 9am meeting, and then business development at 9:45, and someone thought I was in labor because of how much pain I was in 😂😅 i am probably going to put my 30 day notice in within the week because I know I can't take this for another 9 weeks, and I want alone time with my dd1.

Chiropractor! I went today for the first time (31.2weeks with twins) and it felts amazingggg!!! I was so out of whack! My right leg was longer than the other and my hip was out! I’m going to keep going once a week until I deliver.  She said it shortens labor and delivery and help get and keep baby(ies) in position! I highly recommend!
