How much formula/breast milk does your little one drink?

At my daughters 9 month appointment, I was told my daughter should be drinking more formula than she is now. I can only get her to take about 24-28 ounces no matter how much I try to give her more formula (I've been trying to give her more since way before her appointment) She is incredibly long (92%) but doesn't weigh as much (50% but this is where she has been since birth) I was wondering how much everyone else's babies drink a day and do you think that my daughter is getting enough. She eats quite a bit of food and drinks about 2 ounces of water a day do you think it's enough?
