Has anyone ever had a dream about a positive pregnancy test and actually became pregnant

Been having a lot of vivid dreams lately, I know that could possibly be a sign of pregnancy but I don't want to read too much into it and get my hopes up. My latest dream was last night and i was so happy bc I got my bfp and i was showing it to my hubby. Anyone ever dream of a positive pregnancy test and found out you were pregnant later on?
