Hey guys....anyone have no pregnancy symptoms but fatigue and find out your pregnant with twins? The nurse keeps telling me my symptoms should be a lot worse!  10 weeks pregnant with twins

You do not have to have symptoms be worse or have any at all. Not everyone gets symptoms at all or bad. Don’t let her scare you. Symptoms are not a necessary thing. Enjoy no bad symptoms lol..

Me! I was tired and my boobs hurt but that was it. Now 20 weeks with twins

I literally didn't feel pregnant at all my first trimester besides being super tired... symptoms literally mean nothing I'm only having one baby
