FMLA and maternity leave
Is anyone else super stressed out about when the baby comes?
Just found out that my workplace does not offer paid maternity leave just 12 weeks of FMLA, which is unpaid.
I can do short term disability, which covers 60% of my pay. And use any PTO I have saved by then.
I just wanted to vent a little. I’m so so stressed about everything. 😭😭😭
