I really hope it's not a miscarriage,but this is how mine started around 5 weeks. started light pink and light,and got redder and heavier. 
a ER, or quick clinic honestly can't do anything ☹️ I went and it was a waste of time. I ended up going to my doctors to have my blood drawn a few days apart to show my levels lowering. 
so I would just try and relax, think of something else and if it goes away your good, but if it gets redder I'm so sorry.
