Gestational Diabetes and Lovenox ???

I’m starting to get a little freaked out. I’ve been on lovenox my entire pregnancy because of a blood clotting issue and now I’ve been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. 
All these medical conditions. I’m just ready for my little man to be here safe and sound. Throw in an anterior placenta too 🙄

I was starting to wonder if I was the only one with these problems too! Was on baby aspirin and just got switched to lovenox shots bc of factor 5 AND just got diagnosed with GD. Doctor is also concerned with how low my placenta is and I’m started to get concerned that baby girl has been breech since 19 weeks. My sister in law just had her son and had such a smooth pregnancy. Love my baby girl so much but wishing that everything wasn’t so complicated.

I’m on aspirin for factor five (clotting disorder), just got the GD diagnosis, aaaand check on the anterior placenta. I’m ready to not be scared and worried so much.
