Clogged milk duct ?
Anyone experience a clogged milk duct before around 31 weeks? I’m 31 weeks 3 days today & noticed a lump above my nipple on my left boob and was sore to touch... I put a warm wash cloth on it for 5 mins and it’s not painful and barely there anymore. Normal?
