It depends on everyone’s sex drive. I have an extremely low sex drive so I don’t really care for it in general, I’d rather hang out with my boyfriend or go on dates

There's no one answer, it's whatever works for you as a couple. I've been with my husband for 5 years now, we go through periods of having great sex, then it may be mediocre for a few weeks; sometimes we have sex 5 times a week, some times we're lucky to fit it in once.

You should have sex whenever you're both in the mood. You should be able to gauge and feel each others readiness to have sex, and be comfortable enough to say when you don't feel like it if your signals don't get received properly.
