I feel and look big

Hi everyone this is my 7th pregnancy and I can say this is my worst one yet the sickness 🤮is taking everything out of me I’m sick 🤮all the time I’m 9 weeks 4 days and I look like I’m 20 weeks pregnant I’m tired all the time I just can’t seem to not be sleepy all I want to do is lay down and rest I’ll be 10 weeks on Sunday and I feel sick and being sick all the time even when I’m eating I feel sick 🤢I have a few mouthfuls then I’m full and I can’t eat no more WHY AM I SOOOO BIG 😬
