Ferber Method
A.K.A letting your baby cry it out with intervals of comfort. I know it’s a controversial topic but I tried it for the first time tonight and though it was hard watching the clock to see when I could go check on her, it was the easiest she’s ever fell asleep and I plan to continue doing the method. Don’t rip my head off but what are your thoughts on it??
