Unisom while nursing?
Has anyone used unisom while nursing? My LO is sleeping 8+hours straight but I am having a heck of a time staying asleep. I know it is safe while pregnant as I used it for nausea but not sure if it is known to reduce milk supply or affect the baby. I'll be doing some research on how long it stays in your system and also talking to my doctor but just looking for experiences from my peers. Thank you!
