-clean area w a wet wipe
-dab (NOT RUB) it on w a cotton ball
Do it 2-3 times a day OR whenever u use the bathroom OR whenever u feel discomfort
I had one that was giving me hell, I did this for 5 days and it was gone!
Also ladies stop forcing ur 💩 out, use a stool softener if u need to, eat hella fiber.
I been drinking raspberry leaf tea/eating dates to get things moving w my baby; a side effect is that it works like a stool softener for some, I HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTIPATED IN WEEKS🤪
