BBT shift but no positive opk
Hi I am curious on what this all means. We were on vacation during my expected fertility window which was perfect BUT I never got a positive opk. I only tested in the mornings because that’s when I’ve always tested and got positive opk. I did have a temperature shift but it was later than I expected. I also had egg white most of the week. Does bbt shift mean I for sure ovulated? Was my body just thrown off by vacation?
