Pregnant no intercourse

So i went to my obgyn like 2 weeks ish ago for spotting (brown with a pink tint) i should be 7w right now according to last period, but i ovulated late, so i am probably only 4 weeks (ovulated on dec 27, first day of last period was dec 7) but because of the spotting she said no intercourse, didnt specify anything, just no intercourse. I got desperate to orgasm today and masturbated now i feel bad... i hope nothing happens to the baby, but she didnt say if i can or cant masturbate/orgasm. Has anyone else done this and was ok? I havent spotted or anything. I checked my vagina after i masturbated, and i had white discharge, no smell, and my cervix feels kinda low but not too high, i can reach it, and i swear it feels very slightly open, im so scared i messed up.... i need some reassurance i dont want to miscarry....
