I was recently diagnosed with pcos. First thing that came to my mind was what is that??and it’s very confusing so many unanswered questions...this book is helping me understand it so much to the point I’m questioning wether I actually have it or not and it’s actually just my thyroid causing my grief... So far that’s what my doctor has told me so I’ll be curious to see what my gynaecologist says..! For those of you with pcos or think you have it / diagnosed I highly recommended this book 🌟👌
