Pregnancy Symptoms

When did anyone realllyyyyyyyy start feeling pregnancy symptoms??

I tested 2 weeks after insemination and both tests came back negative. My period is 6 days late and I will be testing again tomorrow. However, I haven’t really had serious cramps, sore boobs, spotting or anything similar to the common “first signs of pregnancy”. I have had some gas, some heartburn when drinking grapefruit juice or orangey drinks (this is very uncommon for me) & a weird nausea SOMETIMES in the morning. Also, yesterday I noticed an overwhelming body heat creep up on me a few times and I normally ALWAYS cold.
