Help Help

So I just received a CONFIRMED diagnosis of PCOS after trying to conceive for 5 years now. I am now on Metformin 1,000mg but I failed to ask my OBGYN if she could tell I was ovulating or if my eggs were any good. I have cyst on my ovaries and my OB said these cyst are what’s causing me to have difficulties getting pregnant. Is anyone going through anything similar and can give me some feed pack on results? I’m 25 and very nervous about this but thankful that I now know what’s going with my body.
