So I have been so nauseous and had cramps last night and I have had them today as well no spotting . I haven’t wanted to drink anything since it kinda makes me gag I’m just 6 weeks along with my second. And I’m not sure if I should call my doc or just go to a walk in clinic ?

Sounds like your typical pregnancy nausea and cramping is incredibly normal at this stage. If you're not bleeding, you're probably fine to just phone your GP and see if she can prescribe something for the nausea.
I found seabands and keeping crackers on hand to nibble on really helped me.
I was so sick in the first trimester of my first pregnancy that I lost 20lbs and my Dr never prescribed me anything.
Just eat and drink what you can 💕
