Morning sickness help
I need some advice on how to ease morning sickness. I can’t eat anything and the hunger makes it worse. I try to force a bite or two of bread or crackers or dry cereal, but I still throw up. The thought of eating food is enough to make me throw up before I even try. It is all day and all night and I’m only getting 4 hours of sleep a night because of it and it’s really affecting my work. What can I do?
I tried eating small bites throughout the day, sipping water, ginger, and dry foods. Any suggestions are GREATLY appreciated!
