Sleep Training
I think it's time to sleep train my 6.5 month girl as she's going on 4 weeks now of waking up every 1-3 hrs 😴
For those of you with sleep trained babies, did you successfully sleep train them while keeping them in your bedroom or did you move them to their own room at that time? I've read to move them to their own room to sleep train them but I'm not sure I'm ready for that yet.
