Inner wear ( panties and bras) in pregnancy

I am around six weeks. Yesterday I noticed, my panty gave me a rash. I felt it little tight. It was akward as i am using for past 3 months and never experienced this. This got me wondered, do i have to keep buying new and big panties with growth of baby. How does it work for others. Please advise.
