Need Advice ! UPDATED!

My ob office called me to cancel my appointment because I wasn’t far along enough . I’m 37 I’ve had a miscarriage and 2 chemical pregnancy. I haven’t seen a doctor since September and I’d like to keep my appointment. Lady put me on hold and then said , We can see you but no sonogram. Well I’d like to get established as a patient . Thank You for seeing me . Im like SMH . Last month they refused to see me because I started bleeding . Any one else having issues being seen early pregnancy. ......................................,,,,,,,,,,,,.................,,,,.........UPDATED So the nurse told me there is a possibility I’m not pregnant that my hcg levels could be residual from last mnth Chemical pregnancy. She thinks I haven’t had a period . I’m confused I thought bleeding counted as a period . I did labs then go back Monday for more . I also told her that My positive last mnth went to neg before I bled . I also said I use opk and I did ovulate . So confused I’m hoping for the best does any one have any incite , advice or experience
