strep throat?

so i think that i have strep throat and i’ve had symptoms sore throat and difficulty swallowing, & i have a lot of white pus on my tonsils. i also do not have any other symptoms such as a cough or sinus issues that would indicate a virus. however i am unsure if i should go to the dr? i just finished an antibiotic from an ear infection that i had a couple weeks ago and im unsure if they will be able to prescribe me anything, should i just wait it out?
