3 DPO - slight sensation in lower pelvic area

My first pregnancy ended via missed miscarriage (devastating)...

That said, before I learned I was pregnant the first time I felt sensations in my lower pelvic area some time after the ovulation date. I can’t recall how many DPO exactly. This went on for a few days off and on, until period was missed etc.

What’s the earliest anyone has experienced any feeling or new sensation via DPO?
