Experience with Ava bracelet (or other similar)?

I’m thinking about investing in an Ava bracelet or similar type product and am curious what you ladies think about these products/your experiences with them?

I have one. Sometimes even with the OPKS it is more accurate than Glow is. Last cycle I did OPKs with Glow and thought my period was late but it came on the day Ava predicted. There is a lot more information that comes with the Ava like your heart rate variation and sleep duration and breathing rate that can also help pinpoint ovulation as well as it makes taking your temperature every night a complete breeze compared to the hassle of BBT. I actually put those temps in my Glow App.
But I wouldn’t say it is totally necessary. If you have PCOS or really irregular cycles it is not that reliable. For me I have used it faithfully for the temps but 200 something dollars for something that takes your temps is pretty high. You also get access to an app and some Facebook groups for support that are actually pretty awesome. Their Facebook group is among my favorite TTC groups

I was very curious about them and was totally going to buy one (a couple coworkers have them and have children) , and then asked my doctor her thoughts - 
She explained to me that she really hasn’t seen an influx in confirmed pregnancies with it. It does help with tracking and monitoring your body but everyone she knows that’s using them still has to use OPKs. So then not only are you paying the $250 for the bracelet but then still paying for OPKs, and being extra confused when they don’t agree - which can happen. 
I’m less on the fence now, but their ads are good and I regularly ponder it. 🤷🏻‍♀️ so I think for some people it’s a nice peace of mind gadget and for others it just causes more questions. Good luck and baby dust 💕
