I went in for a check up with my OB at 37 weeks and one day. My blood pressure was high and I have had other issues gestational diabetes and baby having only two vessels in the umbilical cord. He sent my to the hospital right away for a non stress test where I waiting from 11:30 am until 5 pm. Thankfully my doctor was on duty at the hospital at that time and because of the high blood pressure and other issues he wanted a c section ASAP. I thankfully was able to get my husband there before they started and by 8:18 we had our beautiful rainbow baby.
