HcG stresses!

Hi everyone, new here and a little stressed. I am 3 days late, 4 Prego tests came up with a faint second line. Today my hcg measured 67. I'm petrified as I've had 2 miscarriages and am now on progesterone to prevent another. Should I be prepared for the worst?
