I’m roughly 19 hrs post delivery and just passed this- should I go get checked out?

Yes, absolutely. Clots that are bigger that a golf ball are cause for concern

That is a pretty big size clot. I would at least call the nurse line if you can. To me that’s bigger than “normal” size clots even after having a baby.

Can you call a registered nurse to check to see if you need to go in? In Canada we have a click service called Heath link. We dial 811 and we can talk to a registered nurse to advise us.

I think you’ll be ok since it hasn’t even been 24 hours since you’ve given birth. If you get more I’d definitely go in. But, if you’re uncomfortable and concerned then go in for a peace of mind!

If you keep passing clots then yeah but just one clot is fine.

I remember passing huge clots. If your fill a pad every two hours then I will.
