Strength training
Hi, ladies. I’m wondering if anyone here is doing strength training while pregnant (squats, deadlifts, lunges, etc)? I’ve been working out for 1 1/2 years, with breaks here and there. I haven’t worked out for over a month now. However, I want to start up again to stay healthy. I have a sedentary job. Any tips? Can I just jump straight into it? Or should I be careful?
