Csection mommies please help

Had a csection 7 days ago and today I had this yellowish discharge on my underwear where my incision is I'm not in pain anymore just sore I did clean it in the shower with water and dabbed it with a towel the same fluid was on the towel. I will get it looked at by my doctor just dont have anyone to take me until Monday I would just like to know if anyone has experiance this and Is it normal
