Anyone Else have problems with having an epidural?

I had a spinal epidural in nov 2017, well I’ve had back pain since then. I knew that was something that could happen but no one said that when my back hurts it could make it hard to breath. In December 2018 I was at work and took off my jacket, a co-worker told me that it’s a red line down my shirt in the middle of my back. I took the shirt off to see it, my co worker said that my t shirt was the same way. I stood up and ended up falling. My job called my husband and we went to the hospital. The doctor said he had never seen a person bleed from where they had an epidural from a year ago. After a week in the hospital I’m home but now I’m struggling with back pain, problems breathing when it’s hurting, major headache and scared that it will start back bleeding. The doctor said you can have long term back pain and headaches.
