Anxiety meds 😖
Is there anybody here on anxiety/depression meds?
I have tried literally everything I can to manage my anxiety, I didn’t want to turn to medication, but I think it’s time.
My anxiety is out of control and I can’t even sleep anymore.
Can u ladies give me some advice/tips/ recommendations, ETC???? Anything??
