Worried i have miscarried?

I am 7wks 6days pregnant with my first baby. On Wednesday i had bad nausea and yellow diarrhoea. In the afternoon i had some sharp cramps in my lower stomach then went to the bathroom and had yellow diarrhoea again and the pain had gone. Ever since then i have had no nausea and my breasts are no longer sore. I am just not feeling pregnant anymore and i am abit worried somethink has happened. Should i go to the hospital to make sure all is ok? My next ultrasound is in 9 days but i dont think i can wait that long.

Last yr i suffered from a ectopic pregnancy at 8wks and lost one of my tubes. Have i miscarried even though i havent bleed? Or am i just being paranoid?
