Brown spotting - 3 weeks after MC - IB?

Hello!

I went to the dr on 12/31, supposed to be around 10 weeks and they told my my baby had stopped growing at 6 weeks 5 days. I had to have a d&c because there were no signs I would pass naturally. I had the d&c on 1/2 and according to OPKs I ovulated on 1/18, so today, 7 days later I started brown spotting - but no other period symptoms.

Has anyone who has had a miscarriage then got pregnant again have brown implantation bleeding? I’m hoping for a BFP and for my rainbow baby!
