Can’t 💩💩

Help , I’m 4 days postpartum and can’t poop 😭😂 I have a second degree tear and had lost a lot of blood and had lots of clotting to the point I had to get two different shots to stop passing clots the size of my palm. The side effects of the shots were nausea and diarrhea so I managed to have a BM same day I had my little girl but nothing since then, I’m terrified to push since I still get quarter size clots 😧I didn’t take the stool softeners with my first so I didn’t bother this time but boy am I feeling the pain from this constipation! I’m crying from the sharp cramps/pains and can’t move at all when they hit. I took the stool softeners today but I googled and it says they take 3-5 days to work 😭 what can I do to speed this up?? It’s getting in the way of taking care of my girl 😩
