Blood in toilet (pic) please excuse the toilet

I'm 11 weeks and 2 days. When I was 6 weeks I "played with myself" and after that I pee and little blood in toilet. I went to er and they said everything was fine. Ultrasound baby was there and measures correctly. I was told no having lifting, sex or anything for a while. Well I'm 11 weeks now and couldn't fight off the sexual urge. I didn't even orgasm I don't think. I told myself I would stop before I orgasm. Well I had regular discharge and when I looked in toilet so this. But when I wiped no blood. I don't know what to do. It was in discharge. I don't want to keep going to er for ever little thing but ugh. Just needed to vent I guess. At least I know why I bleed I guess. Just worried. First time being pregnant.
