Genetic testing to see if I’m a carrier
So I did the test to see if I am a possible carrier if anything..thinking nothing would pop up..
Unfortunately 3 popped up.
Fragile X syndrome (but they said my baby won’t be at risk)
Cystic fibrosis and polycystic kidney disease...
My heart instantly broke.. I’ll be 15 weeks this weekend. I know baby girl can only be at risk if my husband is a carrier of these too. So we’re going to get him tested. I’m glad I know...but now I am over stressing.
