My symptoms changed completely at 9w4d

I’m 10 weeks today and so far my symptoms have been- sore boobs and tiredness. I used to wake up to pee every night until 9w4d. I had no nausea whatsoever.

But since couple of days, I’m not waking up at night to pee as well as the boobs are no longer sore. I’m having occasional diarrhea too.

I’m worried since I’ve read about missed MC recently. Is it normal for symptoms to change like that?
