Emotions!!! Why do i cry so much?

Today I dropped my husband off work and went to run errands today. After running the errands I came to see him on his lunch break and then I went home to get some rest. I went home and fell asleep with my sister and niece on the phone. Then I woke up my husband gets off at 4:30 but my phone was saying 5:30. So I'm scrambling to put on clothes I'm tripping over shoes im nauseated I have this huge migraine and wondering why I haven't received any calls from my husband. We live 10 to 15 minutes from his job so Im at a red light and all of a sudden I look at the car time and it says 3:50. So I pull in front of my husband job I look at my phone and the time zone on my phone says Atlantic Time Barbados. I completely started crying and went into a depressed mood and i called him to tell him what happened and then he was like Baby you just need some rest just go home im working late anyway. So I'm still crying and he's like laughing so i hung up BC its his fault anyway (Lol, I have to blame someone) and went to Subways and I told the man to put extra pickles on my sub and yes I was still crying and he was looking at me crazy too he was like mam are you ok? I ordered me and my husbanda sub and sat at his job till he got off while still crying and eating. He called me back and came and gave me a kiss and was like its OK. I've never been this emotional before I'm like so strong minded it irks ppl I don't know what's going on with me I'm getting soft.....Have anyone exeprieced the need to cry when anything happens?
