Gynecologist

Anyone know any good gynecologist that does Pap smears for 20 year olds in Houston, Tx? I went to a gynecologist for a Pap smear a couple of months ago but he didn’t give me one 🙄. I paid for nothing. I need to go to the gynecologist because some girls told me I need to be referred from a gynecologist to a fertility clinic. To get tested to see why I’ve been ttc for 2+ years and nothing happening. Also I don’t have a primary dr, Ob/gym/gynecologist. I just make appointments and go. Prefer a female.
