Driving myself crazy

Why is ttc so hard. I am sitting here reading article after article on Ovulation and the best time to bd to conceive. I'm more confused now that I was before. 🤦‍♀️ Some say every other day during your fertile week. Some say every other day until predicted ovulation or positive opk then every day for 3 days. Some say 2 days before predicted Ovulation or positive opk. Some say 12-24 hours after positive opk. I have been ttc for 14 months and I think I have tried all of these except 2 days before Ovulation. Well this week I had ewcm but a negative opk and what do you know it was positive two days later. So after this cycle I would have tried them all. Just needed to rant for a minute. I was doing so good this month about not stressing about it up until today.
