Praying For A Positive

So at this stage I’m aware that I have PCOS. My boyfriend and I have been together for 5 years. We’ve never used a condom and while we don’t have sex regularly we’ve gone thru many patches of sexual intensity. They say it has to be 12 straight months of trying. Last I checked my uterus and tubes were all in good condition. I just don’t know what to do as I lost my job and only have state insurance. Is there anyone out there that can share some tips for getting pregnant? I have a daughter who is 9 I want to have another one before she is a teen Ager
