First Trimester No symptoms, is this very common?

I am seven weeks pregnant and I have had no symptoms really, Perhaps the only thing was Feeling thirsty, achy boobs and major fatigue! I am always sleepy. I did get worried because I never had morning sickness or nausea. Hopefully baby is doing okay. :)

Im almost 5 weeks and I thank God I don’t have morning sickness and nausea. The only symptoms I had, missed period, sore boobs and just very sleepy eyes lol!

Having symptoms or not doesnt have anything to do with how baby is doing. 
Im 28+3 and my only symptoms have been no period, a bump starting at about week 16, and finally started slightly leaking colostrum a couppe days ago. My little girl is doing great.

I haven’t had any morning sickness or nausea. I’m thankful for that. I have been able to eat whatever I want when I want. 😎 Sore boobs & fatigue is all I’ve had. I went for my first ultrasound & baby was very active & measuring right on schedule. I’m 15 weeks now & I still don’t “feel” pregnant. 💁🏼‍♀️ Consider yourself lucky!

I didn’t find out I was pregnant until about 3 months due to not having symptoms and period never being consistent so baby should be fine. Im 26 + 3 weeks now and I still have no symptoms with baby boy! Hopefully your pregnancy stays that way!

My first pregnancy was a breeze. Some days I didn’t even feel pregnant.
This second one, I’ve experienced every possible symptom!
