Does anyone know what this is ?

I've had this before. It seems to show up when I go through extreme situations it's very painful and it's been there for like three weeks now
 It's very embarrassing and so itchy. Do you have any ideas on what I can do ? I already made an appointment but it isant for a couple days

Looks like eczema to me. Load up with Vaseline at night and sleep in gloves

Do you wash your hands a lot? Looks like simple dermatitis but get it checked with your doctor for a proper examination. A dermatologist I worked with once recommended Neutrogena hand cream “Norwegian formula”, and it was an absolute lifesaver. I’m in healthcare and wash my hands constantly, prevention with this worked better than any steroid cream I used.

I would get antifungal spray like tinactin and use that

Do you wear gloves? I know I had a terrible reaction to vinyl gloves, or if its cold they'll get a dry and cracky. Or if you wash your hands often
