Luteal phase ???

Please keep me at a peace of mind , I’m pretty certain I am not pregnant but I did have sex while I was ovulating but it was with a condom not unprotected 🤷‍♀️

Now I am in the luteal phase and I’m cramping and having back pain is it normal to cramp 10 days before your period ?

When we were having sex he did go toooo deep and hit my cervix and it hurt like crazyyyyy so may that be it ? Please give me some reassurance
