New Godparents

So my husband and I have the blessing to be our nephews godparents his just a baby (5months) this will be my husband second godchild and my first. What can you really give a baby? As a gift something that he can keep for long while. I want to gift him something special. I need some ideas please. What were some things you gave your godchild as a gift? Besides having our unconditional love, and all the support and love from God. I know his small but I want to gift him something. Any ideas please share ❣️
