I’ve had countless people tell me that they’re not buying us anything until the the baby is here because they want to know the gender. How is it that we as the parents, have been perfectly able to find lots of things that are gender neutral??

& before the “you should be grateful that you’re getting anything” crowd comes flocking, I’m not ungrateful. It’s just a slap in the face, these are the same people that ask us what to get us for the shower. We have a enough clothes already, I just don’t understand the rudeness of when they say it and how it’s said. Just like every time I tell them we’re waiting until I have the baby, I’ve been called crazy. Not everyone needs to plan every detail of their life, it’s a baby, they don’t care what they’re wearing.
