My baby is 3 months and I’m pregnant again!

Okay y’all.... it’s really all in the title. I have a 14 week baby boy and I am pregnant. Not sure how far along I am or what I am going to do next. Any encouragement or similar stories? Feeling very overwhelmed. I don’t want my 3 month old to have to rush through being a baby to get out of the way for another, I just feel it would not be fair to him to have this baby.
